By using GetListIn you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our service

GetListIn is a platform where businesses publish ads and people contact them directly. We do not sell the services listed, we are not a party to any deal between users, and we do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of what is offered.

Your account

  • You must give correct information and keep your password secret.
  • You are responsible for everything done through your account.
  • We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or our posting rules.

Your ads

  • You are responsible for the content of your ads and for having the right to use your text, photos and contact details.
  • Your ad must follow the posting rules. We review ads and can reject, edit or remove any ad.
  • By posting, you allow GetListIn to display your ad and to use it to promote the site, for example in search results and on our pages.

Featured ads and payments

Featured ads are shown at the top of their page for the period and price shown to you. Payment is confirmed with our team before a featured ad is activated. Featured fees are not refundable once the featured period has started, unless we say otherwise in writing.

Using the site

You agree not to misuse the site, including posting spam or illegal content, copying listings in bulk, trying to break into the site, or contacting users for unwanted marketing.

Between you and other users

Please check any business before you pay or hire. Compare options, ask for clear prices, and avoid large advance payments. We are not responsible for losses or disputes between users.

Limits of our responsibility

We provide the site as it is and try to keep it available and accurate, but we do not promise it will always be error free or uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by law, GetListIn is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
