Information we collect
- Account details: your name and email address, and your password in protected form.
- Ad details: business name, title, description, photos, location, phone and WhatsApp numbers, website and email that you choose to publish.
- Usage information: basic technical data such as pages visited, device and browser type, which helps us keep the site working and improve it.
How we use it
- To create and manage your account and show your ads.
- To send you messages about your account, such as verification codes and password reset codes, and notices about your ads, such as a featured ad ending soon.
- To review ads, prevent spam and fraud, and enforce our posting rules.
- To understand how the site is used and make it better.
What is public
Everything you put in an ad is public, including the phone and WhatsApp numbers you add. Do not publish information you do not want others to see. Your account email and password are never shown to other users.
Services we use
We use trusted providers to run the site: Supabase for our database, sign-in and photo storage, Vercel for hosting, and Resend or a similar service to send emails. They process data on our behalf to provide these services.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies that are needed to keep you signed in and remember your chosen location. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and ads while your account is active. When you delete an ad it is removed from the site. You can ask us to delete your account by emailing hello@getlistin.com.
Your choices
You can edit or delete your ads at any time from My ads. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@getlistin.com.
Changes
We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page.
